BREAKING:

AUTO PEN SCANDAL:

Out of 65 presidential pardons Joe Biden signed, most were auto penned.

In 2005, the Department of Justice said auto pens are fine for administrative documents, but NOT FOR PARDONS.

Looks like Trump is right again!!

I don't believe in retribution or revenge; but I do very much believe in justice. It is very important that justice is done, and that it is seen to be done. If the law is only enforced selectively, if everybody is not equal before the law, then we have tyranny. Justice must be blind.

Enforce the Constitution!

I always said that GOD knows what is going on in Washington, D.C. JESUS DETESTS LIARS, THIEVES, EVIL AND WICKED PEOPLE. THE TRUTH ALWAYS COMES TO LIGHT IN TIME. THE TRUTH WILL RULE. JUST AS JESUS IS OUR TRUE RULER. JESUS IS FOREVER.

The blanket and preemptive pardons are invalid even if signed. Pardons are for “offenses against the United States.” That is, named and d.

The only way to assess the validity of the pardons is to charge someone and get into court. The Supremes will then decide. We might be happy just to see a few of them dragged into court.

The Trump DOJ needs to get indictments of those people who were "preemptively pardoned" and allow them to raise their "pardons" as a defense to prosecution. This will get the issue of the constitutionality of a "preemptive pardon" into the federal court system and eventually all the way up to SCOTUS. The issue has never been decided by a court, and Ford's pardon of Nixon isn't precedent for anything - it was never challenged in court. The president's Article II pardon power IS NOT absolute; there has to be an actual, tangible "offense against the United States."

Treason is giving aid and comfort to an enemy during time of war.

Sedition is trying to undermine or overthrow the government.

Do some research and consult a dictionary before making stupid comments.
