Hunter Biden's Offensive

Hunter Biden has a new strategy: distract public focus on his laptop from hell by creating a controversy over how the incriminating contents got exposed.

Hunter Biden's new offensive strategy is to distract public focus on the epic evidence of corruption, treason, and debauchery contained on his laptop by creating a faux controversy over how this damning material got publicly exposed. 

The fundamental problem with Hunter Biden's new public relations and legal offense is that those who obtained and ultimately exposed Hunter Biden, as well as his father and his uncle, have broken no laws in doing so.

Delaware computer repair technician John Paul Mac Isaac, has a signed service agreement with Hunter Biden which provides that any equipment left at the repair shop (with services unpaid) after ninety days would become the property of the shop owner. Such a service agreement is entirely consistent with Delaware state law.

Based on the reporting of The New York Post, we now know that Mac Isaac turned over the laptop to the FBI because he was disturbed by its contents and supplied a copy to Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani only fifteen months after the FBI did nothing. Giuliani authenticated the laptop's contents and supplied them to The New York Post, who courageously published the incendiary laptop contents and the web of crime, corruption, drug abuse, and treason that the Biden crime family was up to.

Again, Mac Isaac's giving the laptop to an officer of the court Rudy Giuliani violates no law. The laptop has ceased to be the legal property of Hunter Biden. It is important to note that Mac Isaac contacted Biden at least twice to inform him that his laptop was ready to be picked up.

Particularly irking Team-Hunter Biden is the extraordinarily effective work of Garrett Ziegler of the Marco Polo nonprofit research group. Ziegler has posted a searchable database of all of the laptop material and published a substantial report explaining who all the major actors are and what their various political and business enterprises are.

Hunter Biden's new lawyer, Abbe Lowell, fired off a letter to the head of enforcement at the IRS demanding the tax status of the Marco Polo Foundation be reviewed - actually citing an interview that Garrett Ziegler did on my show, The StoneZONE. In fact, during his appearance on my show, Ziegler simply addressed the factual aspects of the laptop, and there was no discussion of politics, parties, candidates, or elections. Ziegler's activities fall well within the IRS guidelines for non-profit organizations.

Lowell also wrote to Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings, as well as DOJ Assistant Attorney General for National Security Matthew Olsen - insisting that the laptop was Hunter Biden's property (which he has never publicly acknowledged previously) and demanding a criminal investigation. The premise of the request is flawed and Abbe Lowell, a highly competent attorney, clearly knows the difference between writing a strong letter and filing a legal action based on the circumstances. Lowell has no interest in being sanctioned.

This entire attack strategy has been pushed by Hollywood screenwriter and lawyer Kevin Morris - who only months ago was circulating weird unabomber-type diagrams, falsely claiming my involvement somewhere in the chain of custody of Hunter Biden's laptop. Such claims are false; I first learned about the laptop when I read about it in The New York Post.

Ultimately, those regulators Hunter Biden is throwing a lifeline to are so thoroughly compromised that any action on their part will look like what it is; manipulation of the government for political survival.

Kathy Jennings was named state prosecutor in Delaware DOJ in 2011 by Beau Biden, Hunter's late brother. Jennings endorsed Biden for President the day he announced, writing on Facebook: "I've known Joe, Jill, and the Biden family for most of my life. Joe is one of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever known . . . I'm choosing Joe because nobody understands more what it means to heal, and right now that's what America needs." 

Matthew Olsen held a number of positions in both Obama and Biden's Administration, including NSA General Counsel and Director of National Counterterrorism Center before leaving government in 2014. Olsen wrote an article in Time magazine in 2016 headlined: "Why ISIS supports Donald Trump." Olsen was nominated by Biden as National Security AAG in a party-line vote, with Sen. Marco Rubio saying Olsen "no longer has the credibility necessary to fill this important role given the partisan nature of his post-government writings."

Prior to the 2020 election, the deep state/legacy media cabal, with a healthy assist from Silicon Valley, was able to suppress the shocking evidence of corruption on Hunter Biden's laptop. Now, thanks to the crusading reporting of the New York Post and the courageous efforts of Elon Musk on Twitter, that entire campaign of suppression has been exposed. Both Joe Biden's claim in the debate that the laptop was "Russian disinformation" and the claim of fifty current and former intelligence officers supporting that contention, has now been completely and totally debunked.

The narrow election of a Republican Majority in the House guarantees that Hunter Biden will at least get tried in the court of public opinion, and that the long suppressed and shocking material in his laptop will become even better known to the American people. What Merrick Garland's Department of Justice, the Delaware U.S. Attorney, and the IRS do about Hunter Biden, remains to be seen. 

Based on legal precedent established when President Gerald Ford pardoned former President Richard Nixon prior to Nixon being charged with any crime, a wounded President Joe Biden could pardon both his son and his lobbyist brother James Biden, as the intensity of this entire saga continues.
