So lawfare was in practice long before the Dems used it on DJT and then on J6ers, Lt G. Michael Flynn, you, etc. This pretty much cements the lows the Democrats has sunk to. Combine that with the Elon Musk revelation of Twitter government directed censorship (Facebook and Instagram too) and the unfolding revelation of the Covid vaccine lies, my country was teetering on a cliff of totalitarianism.

Wow, another great one by Roger. I remember Gov. Rowland well. One of my best friends was Stan Kokoska. Stan was a consultant for the State of CT. Stan was a very decent, honest family man. He had fought in Vietnam and was a patriot. He knew Gov Rowland and would speak about the travesty of how the Demoncrats ganged up on Rowland.

Prior to being a consultant Stan had been a school teacher. Stan had lived his entire life in Connecticut and (thus) knew the ins and outs. He was also a lifelong Republican activist. At one time he was mayor to a medium sized city (Willimantic).

He’d constantly communicate about Senator Joe Lieberman. Joe’s wife was a Czech of Hebrew heritage. Like Joe she was a life-long Hebrew activist. Joe was an interesting character. He seems to have not only devoted his life to Hebrew causes, he was very popular. As for politics, Joe was so popular that when he lost a reelection bid, he ran as an independent. Incredibly he won. He had lots of MSM support.

Another CT politician that Stan deemed as a lowlife liar was Blumenthal. He had pet names for for all of those mentioned. Essentially, their nicknames oscillated around the meaning of Liar.

If I recall correctly, Blumenthal even lied about military service. Roger is correct, if it had not been for corrupt Demoncrats Conn. would perhaps not have gone completely blue, but would have massively changed. They had to get rid of Rowland cuz he was a sparkplug, a dynamo.

It’s wonderful that Prez Trump pardoned Rowland. There needs to be more fairness in politics. For those not in the know, Connecticut is just as Blue as Taxachusetts. Let's wish Rowland health and happiness. He laboured hard. Made it to the top and was corruptly knock down.

When will the Trump DOJ indict Dannehy, Mattei, and all the other Deep State Democrat "US Attorneys" who targeted innocent people with false, politically-motivated charges?

WHERE ARE THE F*CKING INDICTMENTS???

Good for Trump and good for you, Roger.

I have the only "conviction" without geographic jurisdiction in US History. Normally, that is an automatic jurisdictional defect (charges were faked), but I sued the scum secret society of judges, prosecutors, public defenders and police (PA, of course).

John Roberts blocked having my record expunged, under the argument there is no automatic defects anymore, so that a judge must confirm when there is no geographic jurisdiction. Roberts did this because of Heck v Humphrey (1994), which says a civil rights suit can't go to trial until the (fake) conviction is impaired.

This is one reason I refer to John Roberts as Chief Incompetent at the US Supreme Star Chamber. Roberts was hoping I could be thrown in prison if the conviction wasn't imparied, and once in prison Roberts assumed I would drop the civil rights suit. I could sue even judges because the officials had no personal jurisdiction (Stump v Sparkman 1978), and Roberts didn't want the public to insist that judges should face suit. I was being silenced.

This suit sat for 2 1/2 years until I was unreasonably searched and seized in Pinellas County FL by the corrupt Sheriff Gulati. FL Governor Scott was not informed when I was secretly whisked away at midnight (March 2013), and was thrown in prison in PA for 3 years. John Roberts and SCOTUS refused to allow any relief unless the suit was dropped, and naturally the eastern district of PA and the 3rd Circuit blocked all habeas corpus petitions. That is, unless I accepted a plea bargain to something that Chester County Judge Thomas Gavin could claim personal jurisdiction over.

I am overseas having declared asylum. the secret society member Judge Gavin still worries that I will reveal what evidence I got about his secret society and its connection to PORNGATE. Roberts still worries I will have him tried for obstructing justice, which is the reason Roberts penned the fake POTUS immunity ruling (not constitutional and will be vitiated within the next couple of years). Roberts wants Trump to protect him if the public demands that Roberts faces trial. Stay tuned!!

Insidious 5th column indeed, but here's the crux. Is it just the deepstate bureaucrats or is it more the attorneys, lawfirms and judges that are most complicit having the authority to execute the insidious egregious lawfare with no accountability? One can suggest, order and even coerce such behavior but the instrument that carries it out unlawfully is judicial apparatus. Until individuals like Andrew Weissman, Mark Elias, Judges Merchan, Chutkin, E. Sullivan are brought to justice and made an example of, the leftist lawfare will continue. There is a golden opportunity now to use the factual evidence the DOJ and FBI already have to imprison these thugs along with the bureaucrats like James Comey, Chris Wray, John Brennan, and James Clapper. Lawfare will be the prefered tool of the deepstate and democrats until the operatives start serving long prison sentences.

Thanks for covering the pardon of former CT Gov. Rowland. I had not read or heard about it elsewhere. Probably not being covered by the Democrat propagandist media in CT, certainly not fairly. Shows, in retrospect, that lawfare has always been part of the Dems’ political arsenal, just that it was elevated to totalitarian levels under the Biden/Garland DOJ. Unfortunately, CT has been a one-party Democrat state ever since the Rowland takedowns.

In the early 80's I recognized the large number of liberals entering law school and was suspicious then. Fast forward 40 years and those same radical lawyers became radical judges. Nearly all the law schools are far left curriculum, financed by radicals. If you are a conservative anywhere in a liberal state and must face a judge, it will not turn out well for you. This is what it has come to.

Roger Stone is described as a “political operative” and that is an apt description given posts like this. Propagandist more precisely.

“Trump’s recent wave of pardons of corrupt elected politicians has brought his total to 16 former elected politicians whom he’s let off the hook. Trump has pardoned or commuted the sentences of seven federal elected politicians and nine state and local politicians convicted of corruption charges. As part of a larger pattern of decriminalizing political corruption, his Department of Justice has dropped cases or charges into two others.”

Is that the intention of MAGA? Decriminalizing corruption but only of right wing politicians? This is not what the founding fathers intended for the pardon power. I’m still amazed at how trumps arrival had us spiraling into the abyss and becoming an absolute shit hole country so quickly.
