The Crocodile Tears of Adam Schiff

Adam Schiff is crying crocodile tears about the announcement by incoming Speaker Kevin McCarthy that he will exclude Schiff from the House intelligence Committee.

Adam Schiff is crying crocodile tears about the announcement by incoming Speaker Kevin McCarthy that he will exclude Schiff from the House intelligence Committee. Spare me. Schiff's lies, lawbreaking, and treachery hampered three plus years of one of the most successful and productive Presidencies in modern history. 

Schiff's claim on "Meet The Press" that he had seen "more than circumstantial evidence of Russian Collusion" with the Trump campaign turned out to be baseless and fabricated  lie for which he never produced any evidence. Despite his attacks on Donald Trump Jr. regarding a harmless meeting with a Russian woman lawyer who turned out to be an agent for Fusion-GPS, the same Democratic "research outfit" that fabricated the Steele Dossier ,as well has his completely fabricated "phone call" between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky. Schiff has been exposed as a congenital liar and conman.

In my particular case, Schiff leaked my classified voluntary (immaterial) testimony to the House Intelligence Committee in violation of House Rules and the law. Schiff's committee investigation turned up the same thing as Rober Mueller's Witch Hunt in my case; no Russian collusion, no Wikileaks collaboration, and no evidence of my involvement in the phishing and publication of John Podesta's epically embarrassing emails by Wikileaks.

Mueller's hit squad obtained my email records by falsely insisting to a federal judge that they would provide evidence of "conspiracy against the United States, money laundering, unauthorized access to a government computer, mail fraud, wire fraud, and multiple other felonies." Finding none, the Federal Prosecutors shared my email records with Schiff, who was able to fashion elaborate "gotcha questions" in order to ensure that I was charged with "lying to Congress". No honest misstatement I made under oath hid any underlying crime. I was charged with these process crimes to pressure me into testifying falsely against President Donald Trump. I refused.

Schiff is well aware of the fact that neither his Committee nor the Mueller investigation found any evidence of the egregious crimes by me Mueller told multiple Federal Judges he could prove. In fact, on November 3rd 2020- the date of the last Presidential election- the U.S. Department of Justice was forced by court order to release the last remaining, redacted section of Robert Mueller's final report in which even he could not sugarcoat the fact that he had found "no factual evidence" tying me to Russian Collusion, Wikileaks collaboration, or John Podesta's purloined emails. Needless to say, The New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Wall Street Journal all failed to report this significant development after almost 3 years of their insisting that I was a "Russian Intelligence Asset '' and that I was a go-between for the Trump campaign and Wikileaks.It's a fugazi!

When cornered, Schiff falls back on the debunked claim that Trump Campaign Manager Paul Manafort's sharing of polling data with Constantine Kilimnick, a Manafort associate who Schiff insists is a Russian Intelligence Asset, constituted Russian Collusion. It's a thin reed. In fact, Kilimnick is a U.S. Intelligence asset who previously worked for Senator John McCain and was providing intelligence updates on the situation in Ukraine to U.S intelligence through the U.S. embassy in Kiev. In fact, the Trump Campaign had no proprietary polling information at the time Schiff and Robert Mueller insist that Manafort shared the information with Kilimnick and the polls Manafort did share with his associate were all public information.

Schiff would try yet again to ensnare me in his bogus and one-sided January 6th Committee investigation. Schiff and his colleagues even got a former White House aid Cassidy Hutchinson to perjure herself by falsely claiming under oath that President Trump had directed his White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to call me and General Michael Flynn on January 5th to "see what was going to happen on January 6th" and an additional claim that General Flynn and I briefed Meadows about an alleged meeting in the Willard Hotel that neither one of us know anything about or attended. 

Schiff and his retinue also used manipulated videos to make it appear that I said prior to election day that Trump should declare victory if he "lost". What I actually can be seen and heard saying is if the election is "still up in the air, Trump should declare victory".  This is, of course, the exact same advice that former Secretary of State and Secretary of the Treasury James Baker III gave George Bush in the 2000 disputed election. 

Other videos shown in the high profile and extremely manipulative public hearings by the January 6th committee are wildy manipulated. In fact, Schiff and his crew found no evidence that I knew in advance about, participated in, or condoned any illegal activity on January 6th in Washington D.C. or on any other date or at any other place. 

Adam Schiff seemed undisturbed when Nancy Pelosi stripped Marjorie Taylor Greene of her Committee assignments but reacted with outrage that McCarthy was being unfair to him. In fact, Schiff is so powerless in the new congress that he has decided to abandon the House and launch a bid for the U.S. Senate seat of Senator Diane Feinstein who will be 91years old at the end of her current term.  Adam Schiff's long trail of lies and deceit has finally caught up with him.
