Where's my restitution? Rather than expect the same secret societies of judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, law enforcement and other officials to admit their crimes (child pornography), I sought justice. I proved that judicial review is an implied power if and only if the review's relation to the US Constitution is reflexive, symmetric, and transitive. This proof allowed me to use a corollary of Nobel Laureate Coase's Theorem to show that social equity measures substantive due process. Now constitutional due process can be put on software, almost putting SCOTUS out of business.
