There is Only One Choice for FBI Director: Anti-Deep State Crusader Kash Patel

Nobody is more qualified than Patel, a true Trump loyalist with the courage to tackle the momentous task that is at hand.

President Donald Trump’s cabinet is taking shape. With Attorney General selection Pam Bondi and the possible upcoming appointment of Matt Gaetz as special counsel to investigate federal corruption, the opportunity to bring the Deep State to heel is at hand.

There is a reason that President Trump faced repeated assassination attempts throughout the 2024 campaign, after the establishment realized they didn’t have the resources to rig the election like they had successfully done in 2020. They know Trump has the potential to drain the swamp and clean up the intelligence community that has been out of control since before the successful JFK assassination conspiracy.

But that potential will only be realized with the right appointment. If an individual like Bill Barr, Christopher Wray or John Kelly can worm their way into the post of FBI Director, there will be no substantial reforms. The deep state will be protected, and the infiltrators will give half-measures and pay lip service as the time runs out on Trump’s mandate. Already, the Neocons have tried (and failed) to shoehorn failed Michigan U.S. Senate candidate Mike Rogers into the role.

Trump has already made the correct choice for Director of National Intelligence with Tulsi Gabbard. Gabbard will be overseeing organizations like the NSA that have been caught red handed spying on all Americans in a clearly unconstitutional manner. The message has been sent to the spying apparatus that their actions against the 4^th Amendment will not be tolerated. Now, that same message must be sent to the FBI.

Kash Patel is the person to send that message. Patel was heavily involved in the first Trump administration, serving important advisory roles within the intelligence bureaucracy. In his role, Patel showed he was no company man and aggressively investigated corruption from within the system. This has made him a pariah among his colleagues, who are already voicing loud opposition against Patel being a front-runner for Trump’s FBI Director.

“No part of the FBI’s mission is safe with Kash Patel in any position of leadership in the FBI, and certainly not in the deputy director’s job,” said disgraced former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe during an appearance on CNN last week. “The scope of authority is enormous.”

“If you enter into that position with nothing more than a desire to disrupt and destroy the organization, there is a lot of damage someone like Kash Patel could do,” McCabe said.

McCabe is not entirely incorrect. The FBI’s goals of intimidating Americans, prosecuting patriots, protecting the politically connected from justice, and illicitly usurping control from the people certainly would be impeded by Patel.

“I was the lead investigator where we exposed the Russiagate crimes that Comey, McCabe, Strzok, and Paige and so many others committed,” Patel said in response to McCabe during an appearance on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo. “If anyone has a complaint about that and questions, my unwavering commitment to the Constitution, I'm happy to talk to them about it.”

“I'm especially happy to talk to the media about it. But you can look at my record and those calling me a danger,” Patel added. “Let's just ask them for a proof, a piece of evidence that actually shows I've committed any constitutional violations or any ethical quandaries.”

It is not likely that any of Patel’s opposition would be willing to engage him in specifics. Patel has been very open about the problems with the FBI, pulling no punches, and calling for the need for massive transparency reforms that would shake the foundations of the Washington D.C. establishment.

Patel wrote in his book, "Government Gangsters," that a "comprehensive housecleaning" of the DOJ is needed through a purging of the FBI's "top ranks" with those who "in any way abused their authority for political ends" being aggressively prosecuted and punished "to the fullest extent of the law."

Patel called for FBI headquarters to be closed and then reopened “the next day as the museum to the Deep State.” Patel also stated his wish for a “24/7 declassification office" that operated at the behest of President Trump that would produce the unredacted 9/11 files, JFK files, and other documents that have been suppressed through what he describes as an “illegal application of the classification system.”

Trump called Patel’s book “the roadmap to end the Deep State's reign,” and now it is time to put that roadmap into action. Trump has called for a "Truth and Reconciliation Commission" that would "declassify and publish all documents on Deep State spying, censorship, and corruption." Nobody is more qualified to fulfill this mandate than Patel, a true Trump loyalist with the courage to tackle the momentous task that is at hand.
