Roger - I had a pre dawn raid with no notice to attorney either in eastern district of va over something my boss did - dragged me from nc to alexandria with no notice for a non violent crime - the fbi is insane, as I am in my 60s and had not even a traffic ticket in 20 years. They will keep grinding til I cave as I do not have unlimited funds

Roberta, you are one example of millions. Fact: This is a land of lawfare. The Deep State should have been broken up. A new organization should have been created. It seems that in many cases, the public has been hoodwinked. Big Brother can lie about it. However, over 200 million can see what has happened. Just look at the land of Lawfare judges.

Unfortunately I have no friends in high places. But Trump has been firing people in Eastern District of Virginia recently. They need to focus on the high power corrupt folks and not us middle class housewives. Roger Stone, can you talk to your friend Donald and see if he can intervene on my behalf?

My concern is the length of time it will take for our legal system to weed out every self serving, anti American, corrupt, socialist activist, from every government agency who undermine our Constitutional Republic, the rule of law, and the peace of the American people at every possible opportunity.

Even if the wheels of justice do turn and all of these lawless miscreants, like Andrew Weissman, are investigated, which I doubt will happen, the statute of limitations will run, or this administration will be ending and another administration will have to start all over.

Without Justice, the fabric of our society falls apart, which appears to be the aim of politicians who are self proclaimed socialist regardless of their oaths to uphold the Constitution of our Constitutional Republic. Overall, the Constitution has protected our culture because we agree upon the golden rule as a firm common ground. To my horror, generations of young people have been deprived of even a cursory understanding of history and the bloody human struggle for self governance within the context of a ‘golden rule’ ‘ agreement’. They are bringing down upon themselves their own destruction, enslavement and loss of all personal rights and they don’t even know it. Their organizers know it. The university professors know it. Their billionaire donors know it, but the hordes of idealistic brainwashed young people don’t know it .

And All of this mayhem has been imported from communist countries whether through education, bribes and/or infiltration into all of our institutions. How about enacting the Communist Control Act of 1954?

Just like the border security laws were simply IGNORED by the previous administration; the Communist Control Act has been ignored. If we have the legal tools to protect our country, let’s use them.

Edouard, many on X have mentioned your very good point. Trump knows what you've implied. That's why he napped Comey. He's letting all the rest slide. Seems the citizenry has been hoodwinked.

In the article, you mentioned you are expecting a Congressional investigation into allegations Judge Amy B. Jackson secretly visited the jurors when they were deadlocked on a count. I hope such an investigation is held. And I hope Congress expands the investigation to include the host of other ethically dubious and blatantly biased actions of this particular judge.

Regardless of how much evidence of misconduct or bias such an investigation turns up, I do not expect enough Senate Democrats to vote to impeach Judge Jackson. But, if any potentially criminal misconduct is discovered she could be prosecuted.

This is off-the-chart so unbelievable, but I know from following this for so many years, it is TRUE. You left out so much of the story. Like when you were arrested, the FBI had inflatable watercraft in the canal behind your home. And how the jury foreperson was previously a Democrat who ran for Congress. You can't make it up.

My guess is you are trying to get a movie made out of this, which really would be total hoot. Godspeed in pulling that off. I need to go buy one of one your t-shirts. I have never looked, but they have to be for sale.

First of all we should be thankful that Roger shared this info. For years I've been writing about R-Gate. During Trump's election campaign he promised to make those involved in R- Gate accountable for their crimes against the American public, the constitution and decency in general. Books have been written about that Mueller character. I'm delighted that Roger mentioned Dr. Corsi. 'Doc' Corsi made millions aware of the anti-majority Deep State.

The Trump team has -at last- put a tab on that despicable Comey. However, although that is a start, what about Mueller? Will he assert a mental condition -put himself in the class of Biden?

The 64,000 Q is are Billary, the Podesta brothers and others well known to the case going to have their Deep State cousins wash their hands; will they all get a slap on the wrist? You know, sort of like Hunter who should have, btw, served a minimum of 100 years, sitting in a birdcage.

The entire episode is nothing but a big sham. Look at Uncle Joe. In front of TV cameras he stated that he blackmailed Kiev. Nothing was done.

Trump promised us Trumpers that he'd clean out the Deep State. What has he done after half a year? He appointed the likes of TV-star Pam Boni as DOJ head honcho. The FBI, CIA, DOJ was full of R-Gate supporters. They should have been cleaned out.

Mayorkas is a case by itself. He decimated the country and cost more than just trillions of dollars. He sits in the shadows and laughs.

It's understandable why MAGA has lost somewhere around 30 -40% of her supporters. A decent suggestion would be to surf cyberspace. Do that and you'll discover what the biggest topic is. Yes, some can lie and pretend they don't known what the biggest topic is. I won't refer to the dual loyalists or the fear of the donor class or about what the majority of the country has seen. Let the liar class do that and dig a deeper psychological hole.

Further, there's no need to mention the bombing of ancient Tehran during negotiations. Suffice to indicate lies, propaganda, indoctrination are not going to alter public perceptions. Perhaps a good way to regain some respect is to reprimand all of those engaged in Russia-Gate.

Lastly, those criminals that hunted down Roger, Manafort, General Flynn, Mayor Giuliani... should now face genuine justice for the injustice that they implemented. Those that were hunted should now be hunted...

He never will be Roger. Face it, it will be years before this goes to trial (if it ever does), and he'll be yapping the whole way through. Not confident at all in a conviction. Expect Bondi and company to carry on Durham's tradition of the Washington Generals. All hail the Deep State!

The CNN crew and watching a Gestapo-like invasion of your home influences a potential jury pool. Just what the judge wanted. What she didn't want is for you to set the record straight.

Cannot get a grand jury indictment by claiming information is classified. I am an expert, former NSA, and had rigorous classes and tests as to classifications. They only matter if removing someone's right to self-defense, such as leaking battle plans to the enemy before an attack, or revealing the name of an uncover agent who is in hostile territory.

Otherwise, the classifications are BS!

The only person whose right to self-defense was violated by "classifications" is yours.

These are all tricks that Nazis used.

The judge acted like a Nazi, telling you, in so many words, that you would have a fair trial and then be shot.

The judge has no authority to review documents and decide what is relevant and material to be shown, especially when the other side had the evidence. What is relevant and material is for a jury to decide, else the woman is judge and jury, which is precisely what she wanted to be.

I don't think you've fully exposed how much of this was done at Andrew Weissman's direction. As upset as you are, I think he's got mowing down weeds without pulling out the roots of the weeds.

As an aside, I again mention that Renato Borzone's office received my email some months ago that I had overwhelming evidence that the police lied claiming they showed their IDs to Finnegan Lee Elder and Gabriel Natale-Hjorth. I was approached near the front of the Milano train station in 2018 when two plainclothes men approached me and asked for ID. I refused. They said they were police. I insisted they show me proof and they refused. I walked quickly past to one of the young men in uniform and automatic weapons that stand guard at the front of the train station. He spoke a little English and I started with "Professore". The two men had come after me, and they faces revealed the despair that they had been caught. They still refused to show me their ID (so that I couldn't take a snapshot with I-phone and use it against them), but they did have to show the young guard. He told me they were police, and I showed my ID that I was legally in Italy.

I tried notifying PM Draghi because he is a colleague (Macroeconomist), and recently anyone I could, but it is repressed. Borzone took the parents money, but Italy doesn't want the truth out, so he got rich and appeased the Italian people. Trump should declare Italy unsafe, because the police are on the take and those two were working for a drug dealer whose phone the two young men had stolen when the drug dealer burned them on a drug deal.

I want to think that Pres. Trump is being shielded from this type of information and doesn't do anything because he doesn't know. And I want to think that the fact that nothing actually happens to the people who've shattered the trust and respect of the government the people once had for it is because some bad actors in the bureaucracy make sure nothing happens. And I want to think that the legal process will ultimately prevail, at the Supreme Court.

But the more and more I think, both this 47th term and back on his 45th, I'm coming to reach the conclusion that it happens because Pres. Trump wants it to. Things are what they are because they are intended to be as they are.

If Pres. Trump truly cared about this issues, restoring trust in government, rebuilding the bond between the government and the governed he'd do something about it. There can be no looking outward at the world, the threats on the horizon when the biggest threat to Americans, our God-given rights as free and sovereign self-governing people is in our face, still attacking us, protecting the criminals who've been abusing us. Dog and pony shows of promised accountability that, gosh darn those wascally judges keep getting in the way of, somehow always frustrating justice, prosecutors, juries that continue to put the full weight of the criminals on the scales in their favor.

We are tired of the hopium. We are tired of the broken promises to fix the broken system. Even if justice ultimately prevails at SCOTUS (I have my doubts) there's no incentive to fix the system since only those with SCOTUS-level attorney appeals money will ever be able to find justice...in the end. Which 99% of the victims don't have. And are left to accept pleas to crimes they didn't commit or lose their life and liberty for years, decades, time and money, lost relationships they'll never get back.

Pres. Trump, I am sadly reaching the conclusion, has left you, Roger, and all of the other victims twisting in the wind. Thinking his pardons or occasional firings fixes everything, and that if others have problems they are like him and can afford to pay for the best lawyers in the world to navigate one of the most corrupt legal systems in the world. The best justice system that money can buy. I tire of making the same old excuses, excuses made since November, 2016, that nothing can be done to our tormentors and destroyers of the Republic, that Pres. Trump is doing the best he can. BULLSHIT. We're on our own. He's fixing nothing that can't be undone with the swipe of an autopen in three years. His presidency is pure hopium. And loyalty to him is a fool's errand.

The CrowdStrike angle here is incredibly important and often overlooked. The fact that the FBI never actually examined the DNC servers directly but relied entirely on a third-party contractor creates a serious chain-of-custody problem for any legal proceeding. When Shaun Henry testified before Congress and admitted there was no actual proof of exfiltration, that should have been front-page news. The whole prosecutorial edifice was built on analysis from a private company with financial and reputational incentives, not on forensic evidence reviewed by federal investigators. It's quite telling that Judge Jackson denied your defense team access to the full CrowdStrike report during trial. The classificaton excuse for withholding evidence rings hollow when the government can't produce independent verification. This pattern of denying exculpatory evidence while accepting uncorroborated contractor claims as gospel really undermines the entire case.
