Putin's invasion doesn't need any negotiation to fulfill his desires. It's a trap to satisfy Putin now. President Trump can not be seen giving in to Putin. Not today, not ever. After the Russia Collusion Hoax, it remains true and Putin will want to see territory gained to show Russians his "victory."
There is no stabilizing the situation with Putin. You have to beat him back as the ChiComs are watching this closely. That's the sad state where Biden and his Obama handlers have placed America.
