Maxwell’s petition is not about innocence. It is about exposure. She knows the odds are terrible, and she knows the courts hate reopening closed cases. But she also knows one thing: secrets die hard. Epstein did not build his operation alone, and Maxwell was never the apex predator. She was the firewall. The closer we get to unsealing the Epstein files, the louder the establishment screams “nothing to see here.” That alone tells you everything. If the case were clean, transparency would be painless. Maxwell is betting that sunlight burns people far more powerful than her—and that terrifies the Washington and Hollywood swamps.
Agree about the higher-ups, though that doesn't excuse Maxwell anymore than Manson's guilt excuses those who committed murder on his behalf. Come to think of it, both Manson and Epstein were scumbags who traveled with coteries of traumatized girls they offered to those ("clients") from whom they wanted favors or control. In Epstein's case, Maxwell helped find and traumatize the girls--she was a predator, not a victim, and given her predator/spy daddy's pedigree, maybe even Epstein's handler.
There's the law, and then there's Mossad assets with invisible lines connecting them to the most high. She is giving every rotten Israeli-firster a (barely) plausible reason to beg a pardon on her behalf.
These scandals progress. Do Trump and DOJ *still call it a hoax? If so, why are we learning of even more files expected to come to light? Why is the timing for this latest solo "beg to reconsider" newsworthy?
Yes, I just became aware of that earlier today…the new files. Maybe she can testify, although it’s uncertain whether anyone will be prosecuted if it’s only her testimny without solid evidence.
I'd like to see that she'd need to testify again and maybe she hopes to avoid it by pleading foul ...mistakes were made and she now deserves to be kept out of it all
