I notice this Inspector General report comes out close on the heels of the latest government shutdown scam, where the Continuing Resolution had a section (Section 605) that is designed to prevent members of Congress from being held criminally accountable for their misdeeds while in office. This would protect Adam "Bull" Schiff and Eric Swell Wall (oops, I meant, Swallwell) from being subject to the criminal justice system for what they did and continue to do while in Congress.
