Well said, and honestly…how many times does it have to be said? Apparently many times, because I don’t see much indication that justice is coming yet. But that said, I think Trump’s focus is on putting the world back together and frankly that does have to be a more urgent priority. I hope that when the economic and foreign policy success of Donald Trump (“success will bring us together”) finally wears down the democrats, then we might see the dominoes fall. But in order to knock out the democrats you need a knockout election. And in order to

have a knockout election, you need an honest election. And I see no indication of that happening in 2026.

Very fair assessment of Democrat's abuse of the justice system. I agree. Accountability is needed to restore faith and integrity to our political institutions.

Great article...The Donald should hypertext link this article on his Truth Social. MAGA fans will want to read this to see through the smoke and mirrors.

Coase's Theorem, which required Nobel Laureate Milton Friedman to explain to Nobel Laureate Coase and others why it was so valuable, provides the framework where government officials seek to separate their private costs of their actions from the costs to society.

Coase's Theorem also provides the mechanism to measure the difference between social and private costs. However, the theorem is famous because it also allows for social efficiency to obtain without social equity. This requires bribing officials or others not to abuse your rights and not to violate the law.

The bribes don't have to be pecuniary--House Minority leader Hakeem Jeffries (the Obama clone) is insisting the Republicans pay him not to abuse the law again, but the payment is to let corrupt officials continue to break the law. Jeffries intends to reduce the US government to the levels of Zimbabwe, so I guess Jeffries will be America's answer to Mnangagwa, better known as The Crocodile.

I hope we have enough attorneys who are willing to help. Most of them are democrats or Milquetoast republicans.

My major issue is: Why do so many people consider the actions of non-elected government functionaries to be above reproach? And if said government functionaries commit crimes, why should they go unpunished?

I think government functionaries that break the law should be subject to more severe penalties than others. And any statutes of limitations for crimes committed by these government functionaries should be eliminated. They should be subject to punishment for their crimes for their lifetimes.

Yes, our legal system has been subverted, politicized and weaponized. What happened to Roger Stone should never happen to anyone. It is vital, if we are to save our country, that we enforce the Constitution. It's there for good reason. Crimes need to be detected and those involved must be held accountable. There is no excuse for pardoning criminals or turning a blind eye. The law should be above politics.

Every last one of these creatures thought he was above the law. They aren’t used to being held accountable… never happened, before.

Only the criminally-minded would view justice as retribution, because they are without righteousness.
