Had something like this happened with similar hate, conviction and corruption over century ago, a civil war would of ensued, and indeed one did, under some different circumstances. If construction stops, and maybe the work does not get done during Trump's tenure, will those contributing funding take back their donations? Likely they would not want their money used to clean-up a half-finished project. The judge has created a fiasco. Nothing is accomplished and it could backfire on the American taxpayer.
