This is lawfare, plain and simple. When Theodore Roosevelt built the West Wing, it was vision. When Franklin D. Roosevelt expanded it, it was necessity. When Trump builds—with private money—it’s suddenly illegal? Give me a break. The truth is, they don’t fear the ballroom—they fear the symbol: Trump leaves things better than he found them. That terrifies a system built on stagnation. So they litigate, delay, and obstruct. But here’s the reality: you can slow progress, you can’t stop it. And Trump’s legacy isn’t getting bulldozed by bureaucrats in robes.

anything Pres Trump does is bad to all his haters, if he cured cancer they'd still hate him...

Excellent presentation of the situation!! Are these judges on the take, like all our politicians???? MAGA!

No, they're too old to be "on the take" -- they're just hateful individuals. One of their number just died a week ago: Robert Mueller. I know, he wasn't a judge, but he acted as if he was. Loser.

Bruh you can be a 100 yrs old and still be on the take. Money is the root of all evil these criminals don't discriminate. Not at all The Treasonous Bastards! Need to be hung from the neck concerning their Treasonous Acts

federal judge on Tuesday issued a ruling blocking further construction work on President Trump’s privately-funded $400 million ballroom at the White House, claiming congressional authorization would be needed to complete the project.

Judge Richard Leon, an appointee to the bench by George W. Bush, who has establishment Republican bonafides going back to the 1970s, ruled that the executive branch does not have authority to proceed with such a structural upgrade on federal property without approval from Congress. President Trump took to Truth Social to express his dismay with Judge Leon’s decision, citing its inconsistency with the precedent of other great executives.

Roger, I am fed up with all of these judges and others, we must find a way to purge and jail them where appropriate!

How dare these woke high treasonous Democratic Judges continuing to interfer in President Trump's agendas. it's truly unbelievable embarrassing concerning our justice system. These judges must be brought to Justice and be held accountable for this kind of Treasonous Act

Had something like this happened with similar hate, conviction and corruption over century ago, a civil war would of ensued, and indeed one did, under some different circumstances. But could there have been indeed corruption from the hating parties back then, indeed many hated Lincoln, and obviously there was also a very strong divide in nation back then, the nation went to civil war. At this rate of civil discourse and division, are we on to a similar path, from assassination attempts and, national hatred divide, corrupt judges, and a nation's citizens on a knife's edge on so many occasions.

Absolutely I agree but these Woke Treasonous Judges all must be dealt with and ended ASAP!

I’m really confused about these stupid lower court rulings. Just keep building. What are the squeaky little rats going to do about it?

While Trump is in power, every Leftist corrupt Judge, Lawyer, prosecutor etc, will do their very best to attempt every illegal act they can to thwart any actions, laws, agendas the President enacts.

MaryLS's avatar

They believe they are thwarting Trump, but in reality, they are hurting the American people. Judges involved in cases of "lawfare" have betrayed their profession and do not deserve to sit on the bench.

There is nothing these establishment creatures would like more than the optic of an unfinished Trump project. Just like the unfinished wall after his election was stolen in 2020.

If this actually needed Congressional approval, let Congress fight for their own authority. A judge has no business involving himself. I say, IGNORE.

Lawfare plain and simple and treating Trump like a lame duck. I blame politicized architects who build nothing more than strip malls in New Jersey. I issued this article about it yesterday. Are we going to leave the construction site a pile of rubble? Who will finish it? No one can build it better than this president. To think they wailed about the demolition and are now willing to let it sit there to become a rat-infested rusted out construction site just a few months later. This project must go through! https://claudiablogan.substack.com/p/the-ball-must-wait-judge-freezes

I got my popcorn ready for tonight Iran regime count down. Good Riddance!

Congress could end this activist "judge's" rant by simply approving the East Wing addition.

Treasonous Bastards!!!

Play the long game. He should just keep building. “Damn the torpedos, full steam ahead!” This judge (and all the rest of the cretins) is district; local power only. When will SCOTUS finally end this interference of craven, constipated and mini-souled egotists who are motivated only by pure hatred cloaked under their judicial robes and their false guise of concern for the Constitution? (P.S.: thank you for all of your work, Mr. Stone!)

MaryLS's avatar

If construction stops, and maybe the work does not get done during Trump's tenure, will those contributing funding take back their donations? Likely they would not want their money used to clean-up a half-finished project. The judge has created a fiasco. Nothing is accomplished and it could backfire on the American taxpayer.
