Justice has finally been served in the case of former Florida State Rep. Carolina Amesty, as her 7-month long legal nightmare has officially come to a close.
State courts ultimately are accountable to the Supreme Court.. Co. State Courtd helped DS hide election fraud. That's a state/ federal issue. Also, states must accept the US constitution and their own constitutions must never violate intent.
We can hope that the awesome power of the Feds be used carefully. These politically motivated prosecutions simply destroy ordinary people. The money spent defending them can’t be recovered in general. But a career cut short adds to the damage. Sadly all caused by a few very evil people.
During Obama's reign of terror, I was thrown in prison for 3 1/2 years to force a faked confession and the state didn't even have geographic jurisdiction. There is still a link to a local reporter's online story where a detective claims I was studying the contents of someone's computer (in their state) while I was living in another state !!! It turns out I was the co-owner of an email account that I set-up for someone else who, after I moved onto other ventures, was engaged in nefarious activities. When I checked the email account, I exposed their potential misconduct with the intent of being removed as a co-owner (to remove my own liability). Instead, the corrupt person and corrupt officials claimed I "hacked" into the emails and they thought that emails are stored on a personal computer. Years later, in Microsoft Corp v US (2016), even SCOTUS found out that emails are stored on a server.
3 1/2 years without any due process as prescribed by the 14th Amendment. It seemed as though Barack only cared about blacks, not white Christians of European descent.
Those who bear false witness against an innocent person should not be allowed to slink away unpunished — they should be jailed for attempted false imprisonment.
