1. When a lawyer who wants to make partner overrides the police that dropped the investigation into me one month after they started--no geographic jurisdiction, no tort, and no motive even if jurisdiction and a tort.

The prosecutors pushed forward, insisting on an Affidavit of Probable Cause they could use to immediately file an indictment and a warrant, even though there was no hard evidence of anything listed on any of the documents, just hearsay and innuendo. This took 24 hours to get all three documents, and the law firm then sent me a proposed fee of over $20K to represent me. I refused and then my odyssey began.
3. My ex-wife, suffering from dissociative personality disorder from severe abuse as a girl by her father, was furious that I divorced her and refuse to pay off her debt from before the marriage. However, the fuel on the fire was my refusal to have sex with her the last year of the 3-year marriage, except once to be "the last time", because I loved my 1st wife and so didn't ask to be married and didn't want her sleeping next to me (moved her out of the bedroom into the living room).
4. My first wife and I were so in love, and I refused to have a kid, so we ended it. She cried so much that I started crying. Until I recently wanted The Family Man (2000), I never doubted my choice. I will always be in love with Jackie, at least the way we were together.

So...imagine my surprise when, in the midst of the attorney still trying to get me to hire the firm to prove no jurisdiction or innocence or whatever, the prosecutors hack into my personnel records to find out I was married before and contact Jackie. I hear about this several weeks later only because Jackie's brother was secret service and the officials were concerned he might call me and tell me about their scheme. She lived in MD, as we did, because I was a Navy officer assigned to the NSA, so no jurisdiction to contact Jackie 15 years after my divorce about frivolous and fake allegations. They wanted Jackie to lie about me so that the judge in PA could fake a motive, as I didn't live in PA. Jackie refused.
6. The result was finding out Jackie did have a kid, and allegedly gained 30 lbs from when I knew her. Why did I need to know this? I didn't, but my 2nd ex-wife was insanely jealous and thought I was divorcing her to see if Jackie was available. I never even thought about Jackie, having assumed she was married with a kid or kids. I doubt Jackie gained 30 lbs, as Jackie was an award-winning dancer (5' 9" 125 lbs) and a high school classmate (1 year apart) of Janet Jones, who went on to become a Solid Gold dancer and then Mrs. Wayne Gretzky. Janet Gretzky still looks amazing with several kids, so why would Jackie change? As beautiful as Janet Gretzsky was and is, I thought Jackie had "legs to die for" and was completely in love, as she was with me.
7. So, it should have been the end of it, but this fateful call to Jackie correlates with finding out about my NSA background (never told my 2nd wife, in fact hardly ever spoke to her), and that is when the presiding judge pushed forward because he thought somehow I could hack into email accounts and recover evidence linking his secret society to what eventually became (child) PORNGATE under then PA Attorney General Kathleen Kane. I wasn't even looking for that at the time, just legally getting evidence against a PA judge who was colluding with my ex to extort money from me.
