Roger, Thank you for this article. I believe Rudy is due his restitution, up to and including the $148 million the frauds stole from him. He should get his law license back too. The guilty need to have their just punishment. Shame on everyone involved not only in taking him down but did not have his back. Shame on them.

When I was born, Wagner was the Mayor of NYC. Guiliani was one of the very best Mayors as well as DA's NYC has ever had. Corruption was normal, from the Mayor's Office to the City Councils, to the School Boards, and more. By the 1970s the city was horrible. Crime, graffiti, prostitutes and drug dealers all over the Upper West Side and the City Parks. Garbage strikes. Air pollution. He got rid of the disgusting people with buckets of filthy water and rags pouncing on cars at red lights to wash their car windows. I remember seeing a homeless person living in a big box in front of the Ralph Lauren store on Madison Avenue. Trump helped him take down the 5 families through his knowledge of the building industry. It is beyond a disgrace the way the Dems have tried to destroy him. If the 2020 election wasn't stolen by them, why would they go after someone claiming they did? He deserves a full pardon and restitution.

Unfortunately Rudy One of thousands whose lives were ruined by the dirty Democrats who cheated in every way possible and stole the election and then in symphony with the MSM annihilated every person who told the truth. How soon are we going to send in the Marines to get the falsely Accused and convicted, grandmother out of prison? Go get Tina Peters out of political prison!

Boy, do I know how you and Rudy feel.

SCOTUS refused to admit that no geographic jurisdiction was an automatic defect to stop me from going to jury trial for my civil rights suit, so that almost 2 1/2 years later I was "kidnapped" in the middle of the night from Pinellas County FL and "extradited" by an abusive "prisoner transport" to PA. There, the judge that I sued for absence of all personal jurisdiction claimed "no animosity" and refused to recuse, ignoring an attorney who told the judge I could only be held for a max of 3 months (actually, I couldn't be held at all because they had no standing). Instead, I was left in for 3 years until the civil rights suit was dismissed with prejudice.

Truth withstands all scrutiny. Even suppressed, truth eventually wins out. “And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” May God bless those captive by lies and by the grace of God, set them free.

This is how lawfare works: destroy the man to bury the question. Giuliani didn’t need to be wrong to be punished—he needed to be dangerous. Dangerous because he demanded verification. Dangerous because he refused to submit. I’ve watched this same machinery operate up close: licenses stripped, finances choked, reputations burned, all to send a message to others. The disclosures out of Fulton County don’t resurrect Giuliani’s career, but they expose the lie that scrutiny was baseless. The system didn’t investigate because it didn’t want answers. Giuliani paid the price for asking. History won’t forget who enforced the silence.

Mark, one I'd the reasons I love Roger's writing is his vocabulary. If I have to look up a word I'm impressed! Love learning something new and Roger supplies that with a wealth of information.

And then Trump called his people to the streets in Washington DC, and the rest is history.

Roger,

I heard you on Jake Smith’s radio show this morning. You were brilliant as usual. Please push 45-47 to light a bonfire under Bondi’s butt.

Agree about Rudy, but I think we all feel something was "off" about the Trump team's response to the election. Took 3 weeks to file their first lawsuit, were caught off guard, completely disorganized? This is how Rudy described it....

So they knew it was coming, yet they weren't ready for it? I don't think they ever intended to stop it in the first place.

Had George Orwell a smidgeon more foresight he’d have titled his book, "2020".
