The word "treason" has evacuated D.C., but it appears President Trump's Administration may successfully reinvigorate it. Even Nayib Bukele, President of El Salvador since 2019 has been able to flush his corrupt judges down the toilet. In America, our captured congress, with full Constitutional authority under Article I, Section 8, Item 9 "to constitute tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court", i.e., create or dissolve district courts, is so proudly and corruptly rotted it aids and abets lawless judges and courts regardless how flagrantly a judge obstructs law enforcement. The cannon fodder comes and goes but the 400-year old international cabal system needs super-flushing and it looks like DJT's Team has their hand on the flush handle. With our court of sovereign opinion support, our President Trump can push that handle hard, then with God's blessing, reinstitute the legislative limits of our federal government as stated in Article I, Section 8. If this happens, the omnibus funded fraud we're learning about will automatically starve to death. Thanks again.
Go with autopen pardons being invalid and have Hunter Biden indicted by a federal grand jury on multiple counts. Can't pardon someone who is an accomplice to prevent them from facing charges or testifying against Joe Biden. Hunter will likely 'flip' Joe to get a sweetheart deal.
Also, 14th Amendment allows FEDs to take over state case, so there no longer is any case involving rights, privileges or immunities that is strictly state jurisdiction. There is no "exhausting state remedies prior to federal relief" because that opinion is not reflexive, symmetric, and transitive with respect to the US Constitution. It is forbidden, a query on page 179 of Marbury v Madison (1803), only Chief Justice Marshall assumed what he was trying to prove, which is not an implied power.
Therefore, Trump can immediately send federal law enforcement into Colorado and arrest anyone who obstructs Tina Peters from being set free and pardoned.
This all goes back to the Obama/Biden Green Revolution in Ukraine. I guess this investigation can be heaped on that pile of evidence that is now twenty six feet high. I think we need to sign a prison deal with Botswana and declare Martial Law to start cleaning things up.
