I am not in favor of engagement by the US as well because I do not trust the deep state which includes the CIA. There is much discussion in both camps. Sacks says that the Iranians do not want a nuclear weapon, but he does not go any further to say who it is that he was talking to. Also the numbers keep changing as to when Iran may be able to produce a nuclear bomb. I am sure at this point that China has removed all fiscial material and taken it out of the country. Not to mention that China has been delivering weaponry to Iran as well, which "could include nuclear warheads" as well. In any event I feel the downsides are too risky. With respect to the Carlson attack on Cruz, I just didn't like his aggressive behavior and not allowing Cruz to finish a point.
