I guess being inquisitive holds more relevance after seeing stalls and flip-flops from FBI, DOJ and other cabinets, on this subject and many others. The BBB is completely opposite of what was promised, and it's just another example of anything the government gives a name to, is going to be exactly the opposite of what it says.
