To prevent a judge from facing civil suit, and because John Roberts cannot extend the already excessive protections for judges in Stump v Sparkman (1978), I was illegally imprisoned 3 years after I sued a PA judge for the lack of all personal jurisdiction. Roberts convinced the rest of the justices to obstruct justice in my case, and they called it "abuse of discretion" as though that smoke-and-mirrors misdirection sanctified the underlying charge of obstruction of justice.
SCOTUS law clerks contacted a law clerk working for the PA judge and were assured that I was about to "crack" and accept a plea bargain for something that never happened but would be within the geographic jurisdiction of PA. It was assumed I would never know this transpired, but I was former NAVY officer assigned to the NSA, so I am familiar with the process of intercepting and decrypting comms, and the airways are free. After my release--I had refused to sign a fake confession and they didn't know where the evidence against them was stored--I sought the exculpatory evidence, as is my constitutionally protected right of self-love, which John Adams used to win the Boston Massacre Trial on 1770.
I was threatened with death in prison for an alleged offense so minor that a former prosecutor asked me why the officials wasted the taxpayers money.
